ROULADE 300 g

A nice thin and large slice of top round steak to prepare the best beef roulade ever! Ideal for the so-called Španělské ptáčky (Spanish birds), the typical Czech roulade. The recipe is practically identical to the German Rouladen, just add a hard boiled egg and/or frankfurter to the filling. Serve with a side dish of rice or Czech style bread dumplings.
